Measuring Spoon - Pourfect
This measuring spoon I beli kat Robinson, but you can buy it kat mana-mana kedai bakery. It is quite expensive around RM80 plus but you will feel very very happy to have it at your home. Cos' , it can measure tiny amount from 1 drop 1/64t sampai la.. 2 tablespoon. I always use this untuk sukat small amount macam baking powder or soda bikarbonate, sangat mudah sebab ada leveler.
Rasanya kat kedai bakery biasa pun ada jual, tapi mungkin yang biasa punya, but yang penting sukatannya betul.
Measuring Cup - Pourfect
Masa mula-mula belajar baking I always searched for the internet for cake recipe and in the recipe they always used 1/8 cup, so I just wonder how to measure it. Previously I sukat guna cawan biasa ataupun guna penimbang. But now whit this measure cup segalanya jadi mudah dan cepat. Ukuran bermula dari 1/8 cup until 2 cup. I bought this item from Robinson for RM118.00. Measuring cup ni kat kedai bakery biasa pun ada.
